Being overweight is one of the main risk factors for osteoarthritis. If you would like support to help lose weight, become more active and reduce joint pain, ask your GP, nurse or physiotherapist about whether this programme would be suitable for you.

This FREE, 12 week programme offers a two hour weekly session consisting of 1 hour of light exercise and 1 hour of nutrition advice, including some practical cookery sessions.

You can also attend a second exercise session a week at a small cost. Sessions are held in local leisure centres.
