Update Monday 29th November 2021

Over the last 2 weeks 109 of our patients have been diagnosed with covid.

We would urge all of those eligible to take up the offer of vaccination if you have not yet done so. Please continue to obey regulations and be very careful. Masks must be worn in the surgery.

Surgery appointments

To protect patients and staff all appointments must be booked by telephone. If needed a face to face appointment will then be arranged by the doctor. We have continued to see patients face to face throughout the pandemic.

We are sorry about the difficulty getting through on the telephone and the frustrations around making appointments.
The demand for appointments is exceptionally high at present, especially as we are picking up work usually done in secondary care. We are working at full capacity, and consulting with very large numbers of patients.
Thank you for your patience.
Remember, we will always see you on the day if your condition is urgent.

Good news!

It’s nearly Christmas!!

We are thrilled that this year we are once again able to have our large tree in the atrium.

Primary schools in Porthcawl are making decorations in a competition, and these will be on the tree in December.

  1. Carols
Not all the local primary schools are able to come and sing carols because of the changing covid situation, but several will be down to sing outside in a covid safe, Christmas fun way!
Please come down and experience some Christmas joy!!

The dates are:
Nottage Primary Monday 6th at 12:30
St Clare’s Friday 10th at 2pm
West Park Primary Monday13th at 2pm
Newton Primary Wednesday 15th at 10:30

We are anticipating that a man with a beard dressed in red may just be joining us….!

Thank you as a community for working with us and supporting us over the last year. Come and join us for the singing, outside, in a covid safe way, and have a great December
